When John Isner beat Nicolas Mahut 70 – 68 at Wimbledon in 2010, in the longest tennis match ever, we saw a tactical opportunity around this historic event that would perfectly suit the KitKat brand, which is all about having a break.
Within the hour, our poster was devised, designed and retouched, ready to be sent to Wimbledon for the next days play.
Three ad-bikes were dispatched to the gates of the Wimbledon Championships, showing the posters to thousands of appreciative fans.
